Getting Started

Welcome to KreeptoFx! Here's how to get started with your investment journey:

Create Your Account

Sign up using your email address and create a secure password. If you opened a referral link, the referral code is automatically filled for you.

Complete Your Profile

Go to Profile and add your personal details including your identity document for verification.

Wait for Account Verification

New accounts are in "Tentative" status. Admin will verify your details and activate your account within 24-48 hours.

Make Your First Deposit

Once your account is activated, navigate to Wallet and click "Deposit" to add funds. Minimum deposit is ₹10,000.

Start Earning

Once your deposit is approved, your investment journey begins. Earn monthly profits!

When you first sign up, your account is in TENTATIVE status. This means admin needs to verify your details before you can start investing. This process usually takes 24-48 hours.

How to Get Verified Faster
  • Complete your profile - Fill in all details including identity documents
  • Use valid information - Ensure your email and phone number are correct
  • Check your email - You may receive verification requests
  • Contact support - If verification takes longer than 48 hours

Making Deposits
How to Make a Deposit
  1. Go to Wallet from the sidebar
  2. Click the "Deposit" button
  3. Enter the amount you want to deposit (minimum ₹10,000)
  4. Select your payment platform (UPI, Bank Transfer, Paytm, PhonePe, GPay)
  5. Make the payment to our account using the selected platform
  6. Enter the Transaction ID / UTR number from your payment
  7. Click "Submit Request"
Processing Time

Deposits are usually verified and approved within 24-48 hours. You'll see the status in your Wallet under "Pending Requests".

Important

Always enter the correct Transaction ID. Incorrect details may delay your deposit approval.

Understanding the Lock Period
Important Notice

All deposits have a 1-year (12 months) lock period. This means you cannot withdraw your deposited amount until 1 year from the date of deposit.

Key Points to Remember
  • Each deposit has its own lock period - If you make multiple deposits, each one unlocks after 1 year from its respective deposit date
  • Profits are separate - Monthly profits are handled separately by admin and paid directly to you
  • You can see lock status - Check your Wallet to see which deposits are locked and their unlock dates
  • Withdrawals use FIFO - When you withdraw, oldest unlocked deposits are used first
Why Lock Period?

The lock period ensures stable fund management and allows us to generate consistent returns on your investment. This protects both your investment and the platform's ability to deliver profits.

Making Withdrawals
How to Withdraw Your Funds
  1. Go to Wallet from the sidebar
  2. Check your Withdrawable Balance (only unlocked deposits)
  3. Click the "Withdraw" button
  4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum ₹10,000)
  5. Select payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, Paytm)
  6. Enter your UPI ID or Bank Account Details (where you want to receive the payment)
  7. Click "Submit Request"
  8. Admin will process your request and make the payment to your provided UPI/Bank details
Payment Details

When you submit a withdrawal, provide the account where you want to receive funds (e.g., yourname@upi or A/C: 1234567890, IFSC: SBIN0001234). Admin will enter the transaction reference number after making the payment.

Withdrawal Eligibility

You can only withdraw from deposits that have completed their 1-year lock period. Check your wallet to see your withdrawable balance.

  4. Share the link with friends via WhatsApp, SMS, Email, or any platform
  5. When they open the link, the referral code is automatically filled in the signup form
  6. When your referrals earn profits, you earn commission automatically!
Pro Tip

Build a strong network! The more active investors in your network, the more passive income you earn. Encourage your referrals to invite others too - you earn from 6 levels deep!

Frequently Asked Questions

All new accounts start in TENTATIVE status. This means your account is pending verification by our admin team. While in this status, you can login, view your dashboard, and update your profile, but you cannot make deposits or withdrawals. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Once verified, your status will change to ACTIVE and you'll have full access.

The minimum deposit amount is ₹10,000. The minimum withdrawal amount is also ₹10,000. There is no maximum limit - you can invest as much as you want. Note: You must have an ACTIVE account to make deposits.
