• Have a valid bank account for transactions
• Not be prohibited from using financial services under any applicable law

3. Account Registration

3.2 Account Verification

New accounts are created with TENTATIVE status. You must verify your identity before gaining full access to deposit, withdrawal, and profit features. Verification may include:

• Admin approval

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone

4. Services Description

KreeptoFx provides an investment platform where users can:

• Make deposits and investments
• Earn monthly profits on investments
• Participate in our referral program
• Request withdrawals of eligible funds

5. Deposits & Investments

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₹10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees).

5.2 Lock Period

All deposits are subject to a 12-month lock period. During this period:

• Your principal amount cannot be withdrawn
• You continue to earn profits on your investment
• After the lock period expires, funds become withdrawable

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposit requests are processed within 24-48 business hours after verification of payment details. We reserve the right to reject deposits that do not comply with our policies.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees).

6.2 Withdrawable Amount

You can only withdraw:

• Deposits that have completed the 12-month lock period
• Profits that have been settled by admin to your withdrawable balance

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Processing times may vary based on verification requirements and banking procedures.

7. Profits & Returns

7.1 Profit Calculation

Profits are calculated monthly based on your investment amount and prevailing rates. Profit rates may vary and are determined at our sole discretion.

7.2 Profit Status

Profits are initially created as PENDING and must be settled by admin. Settlement options include:

• Withdrawable: Added to your withdrawable balance
• Reinvest: Converted to a new investment with fresh lock period
• Release: Paid directly to you outside the platform

8. Referral Program

8.1 Referral Structure

Our 6-level referral program rewards you for bringing new investors:

• Level 1 (Direct Referrals): 10% of referral's profit
• Level 2: 8% of referral's profit
• Level 3: 6% of referral's profit
• Level 4: 5% of referral's profit
• Level 5: 4% of referral's profit
• Level 6: 3% of referral's profit

8.2 Referral Conditions

• Referral earnings are calculated when your referrals receive profit
• Self-referral or fake accounts are strictly prohibited
• Referral percentages may be modified at any time

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Create multiple accounts or fake referrals
• Use automated systems or bots
• Attempt to manipulate the platform or exploit vulnerabilities
• Engage in money laundering or illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass or threaten other users or staff

10. Account Termination

10.1 Suspension

We may suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
• Your verification documents are found to be invalid

10.2 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time. Upon closure:

• Pending deposits will be returned (minus processing fees if applicable)
• Locked funds remain subject to the lock period
• Pending profits will be forfeited

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• KreeptoFx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have invested on the platform
• We are not responsible for losses due to market conditions, system failures, or circumstances beyond our control

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
